Now into our second generation of leadership, we remain privately held and family operated — with the same hands-on values that built our business from the ground up.

We’re not hidden behind layers of management. Our owners and leadership are in the trenches, talking to brokers, solving problems, and building long-term relationships.
Tyler O’Brien represents the second generation of leadership at Brock Transportation, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer. He began his career in accounting before joining Brock and expanding into leadership across finance, operations, and strategic initiatives.
Over the past eight years, Tyler has developed deep experience in freight brokerage operations, including contract negotiation, risk and insurance management, and the legal and financial frameworks that govern the transportation industry. As Chief Financial Officer, he played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial discipline, supporting agent growth, and advancing internal systems and technology.
As CEO, he now leads Brock’s strategic direction and long-term growth while maintaining the disciplined, relationship-driven approach that has defined the company since its founding in 1996.
Renee O’Brien serves as Chief Operating Officer of Brock Transportation, overseeing company-wide operations including agent onboarding, compliance, administrative systems, and internal logistics support. She plays a central role in the day-to-day management and execution of the business, ensuring operational consistency and performance across the organization.
Renee began her career at Brock as a bookkeeper and steadily advanced through the company, gaining hands-on experience across nearly every operational function. That progression provides her with a deep understanding of the needs of brokers, staff, and partners.
Known for her attention to detail and people-first leadership style, Renee is a key leader within Brock and a trusted resource across the organization.
Bill O’Brien is a founder of Brock Transportation, bringing over 40 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry across operations, compliance, and executive leadership. In 1996, he established Brock with a vision to build a brokerage grounded in service, speed, and strong support for its agents.
Today, Bill remains actively involved in the company, providing strategic guidance and continuity as Brock continues to grow. His commitment to operational discipline and doing things the right way has shaped the company’s culture from the ground up.
Christopher O’Brien is a founder of Brock Transportation and former Chief Executive Officer, bringing over four decades of business leadership across commercial real estate development, finance, and entity management. During his tenure as CEO, he played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation, modernizing its internal systems, and building the infrastructure that supports its operations today.
Chris remains actively involved in the business, providing strategic guidance and continuity as Brock continues under second-generation leadership. His focus on operational discipline and long-term value creation continues to shape the company’s direction.
Matt Henehan is a founding member of Brock Transportation and currently serves as Regional Manager, overseeing agent operations and account development across multiple markets. With decades of experience in freight brokerage, Matt has been instrumental in shaping Brock’s growth, systems, and service standards since its earliest days. He works closely with agents to provide operational support, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure consistency across the regions he manages. Known for his dependability, responsiveness, and deep industry knowledge, Matt remains a trusted leader within the organization and a steady partner to the brokers he supports.
